Tuesday 19 July: Easy day in Etten-Leur after nearly 8 weeks of travelling.
However in the afternoon Ineke, Frances and I went for a 5 km bicycle ride to De Turfvaart, a nearby swimming lake.
It’s not very big, but on a day of over 30C it was very refreshing, especially afterwards lying in the shade.
Note the wind generators in the background of the photo of Frances.
Ed cooked a very nice Nasi Goreng for dinner which went well with the Frankovka Modrá Rosé we’d bought in Bratislavsa.
