Thursday-Friday 28-29 July:
We’re having a couple of quiet days with Ed and Ineke in Etten-Leur. I still have a bad cough, and we’re just having some family time.
Family time with Ed and Ineke is not exactly quiet though.
Ineke has a busy social life, both with friends, family and activities such as line dancing.
They both play hosts to their grandchildren while their parents are working – not to mention hosting overseas relatives and the odd dog.
Today, it’s drizzling rain, school holidays, grandchildren Nina, Romy and Same are over for the day, Mika will probably drop in, they’re minding a friend’s dog, and Ed’s trying to vacuum the floor after the first round of play activities – Ineke’s crocheting Pokemon Balls – I’m exhausted just watching.
