Frances' cousin, Han, picked us up from Etten-Leur and took us to Zoetemeer to stay with him, Jolanda and their children Mika and Nikki.
It’s been great to catch up with them as we haven’t seen them since the last trip in 2011. The kids have grown so much in 5 years. The photo on the left is from 2011, and the right is in 2016.
Last night Han & Jolanda took us to dinner at Restaurant Allemansgeest near Leden. It’s a very smart restaurant beside a canal. Jolanda hasn’t been well, and it’s the first time they’ve eaten out for nearly a year, so a special occasion for us all.
