We drove back to Etten-Leur from Bruges and arrived mid- afternoon, just in time for coffee and apple cake with Ed and Ineke before Tamar and John had to leave for there accommodation in nearby Breda.
Ineke cooked dinner, a Greek Kofta dish using a Knorr base – herbs and sauces. We have some of the Knorr products in Australia, but not the full range.
The meal was very good with spiced meat balls in a tomato and zucchini sauce with rice and salad.
Unfortunately Ed didn’t dance tonight, but at least he served an appropriate wine - a Sylvaner from Alsace.
